Halloween Classics at Tokyo International Forum: Oct. 31 Concerts, Tickets & Age Rules

Tokyo International Forum Hall C will host two Halloween-themed classical concerts on October 31, 2026, both navigated by Eiji Wentz. The 1:00 p.m. performance is a shorter family-oriented concert, while the 4:00 p.m. performance runs longer and includes a broader program and storytelling.

Music from classical works, films and anime

The 4:00 p.m. program is scheduled to include Saint-Saëns’ Danse macabre, Dukas’ The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, and music associated with Harry Potter, The Phantom of the Opera and Japanese Halloween favorites. Hiroyuki Tsuji conducts Theater Orchestra Tokyo. Eiji Wentz appears as navigator and vocalist, and ghost-story performer Shuhei Shimada joins the 4:00 p.m. show.

Costumes are welcome

Guests are welcome to attend in costume, but the organizer asks visitors to avoid large hats or decorations that block the view of people seated behind them, excessively frightening expressions, and revealing costumes. Changing clothes in train stations or other public spaces should also be avoided.

Venue and access

The concerts are at Tokyo International Forum Hall C, 5-1 Marunouchi 3-chome, Chiyoda City, Tokyo. The venue is about a one-minute walk from JR Yurakucho Station and about five minutes from Tokyo Station. Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Station is connected to the complex by an underground concourse.
